Hosting and technical delivery

This website and its audio files are served through OpenAI Sites infrastructure. When your browser requests a page, image, font or audio file, technical connection data such as your IP address, request time and requested file may be processed to deliver the site and maintain its security and reliability. We do not have a verified retention period for infrastructure logs, so we do not state one here. The basis for operating and securing the site is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Listening and downloads

Pressing Play requests an audio file from the website. Downloading a track requests that same hosted file. The full-album ZIP is assembled in your browser from the hosted tracks and a usage read-me; the website does not ask you to create an account. Normal technical delivery data may be processed as described above.

External music and social links

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube and Instagram take you to those services only if you click them. This website does not embed their players. Once you open an external service, its own privacy practices apply.

Email contact

The contact links use mailto: and open your email application. This website has no contact form or contact-form database. If you email us, we use the information you send to respond to your message and handle your enquiry. Depending on your enquiry, the basis is taking steps toward a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The website itself does not set cookies or use browser storage. It has no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising trackers. Fonts are served locally from this website. No cookie banner is used because this site does not run consent-based tracking.
